Citiri provides an AI-powered platform used by airports and infrastructure owners to manage operational readiness across complex programs. The UX/UI overhaul streamlined workflows for tasks, risks, and stakeholder coordination, while establishing a scalable design system and clearer dashboards to support operational visibility and future AI-driven readiness insights.

The solution was a user-centered redesign of the Citiri platform, shaped by real operational workflows and stakeholder needs. We simplified task and risk management, clarified readiness visibility, and built a Figma design system to support consistent delivery across the platform. This created a clearer product structure, a calmer experience for operational teams, and a stronger foundation for scaling reporting, analytics, and AI-driven readiness insights.
UX Strategy Roadmap
This UX strategy roadmap is how I kept Citiri moving from research to shipped outcomes while keeping teams aligned. It begins with discovery, combining stakeholder interviews, workflow audits, and platform analysis to identify the real problems behind fragmented readiness tracking and stakeholder coordination. From there, the work moves into UX design, where I mapped the information architecture, operational workflows, and dashboards, then translated them into wireframes and usability reviews to validate the core experience before moving to high fidelity.
Once the structure was solid, I guided UI design through prototypes, style direction, and a scalable design system so the platform remained consistent across dashboards, tasks, risks, and reporting. Implementation focused on clear handoff and QA to ensure what we designed shipped correctly. After launch, feedback and usage insights informed the next cycle of improvements, helping strengthen operational visibility and readiness management across programs.
